Our Story
Vera Ltd was incorporated on May 4, 2026 under the Companies and Allied Matters Act 2020 as a private company limited by shares (RC 9519465), registered with the Corporate Affairs Commission of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
The company was established with a clear and deliberately broad mandate: to engage in investment, manufacturing, production, inspection services, construction support services, chemicals, logistics, trading, and general commercial activities — and to act as a holding company for subsidiaries and affiliated businesses across various industries.
That mandate is already in motion. Eazitouch brings a proprietary premium paint and wall finishing system to market, while PrimeSite Inspection delivers trusted, professional property inspection services. Both operate under the Vera name, backed by the same standard of quality and long-term thinking.
